NEW: Transparency Register gets a new feature

From now on it is possible to re-activate registrations removed from the Transparency Register, while keeping the same (old) registration (REG) number. Users that want to re-activate the removed registrations have to complete the re-activation form (similar to the standard application form) available in their restricted space.
