When requesting new access badges, or applying to the Transparency Register, please be mindful of the cooling-off period for former MEPs. If you are a former MEP or you employ a former MEP, it is important to be aware of certain rules. These rules include a 6-month cooling-off period at the end of the MEP’s mandate during which they may not lobby their sitting peers. More info here.
